Transportation Services
These services include, but are not limited to, airport transfers per manifest and shuttle services to meeting venues, dine-a-rounds, hotels etc.

VIP Services
Personal greeter in the baggage claim area. Greeter carries luggage and escorts the VIP to a sedan or limousine. Standby vehicles to ensure zero wait time

Airport Arrival Services
Planning Factory International personnel ensure guests are properly greeted and efficiently linked with their luggage and transported to their destination. Greeter will hold computer-generated signage

Airport Departure Services
Planning Factory International will provide airport departure staff on site at the event site or hotel as required.  Departure staff will gather the guests and assist them when loading luggage and boarding the vehicle.

If the group size requires it, the departure staff will ride with the group to the airport and assist with transferring luggage and remain with the group until all guests and luggage are safely within the airport.
