Transportation & Arrival Services
These services include, but are not limited to, airport transfers per manifest, guests properly greeted and efficiently linked with both shuttles and luggage; and we always supply computer generated signage our greeters to use at the airport. We ensure transportation services to meeting venues and activities, plan dine-a-rounds, schedule water sports or other activities, design and produce on or off-premise special events, set up a corporate hospitality desk or suite at the hotel, even provide travel assistance to accommodate flight changes that may occur--PFI and PFB does whatever is necessary to provide a worry-free, full service experience for attendees.
VIP Services
Personal greeter in the baggage claim area. Greeter carries luggage and escorts the VIP to a sedan or limousine. Standby vehicles are arranged to ensure zero wait time.
Airport Departure Services
Planning Factory International and Planning Factory Bermuda will provide airport departure staff on site at the event site or hotel as required. Departure staff will gather the guests and assist them when loading luggage and boarding the vehicle. Based on group size, the departure staff will ride with the group to the airport and assist with transferring luggage and remain with the group until all guests and luggage are safely within the airport.
Event Planning and Production Services
When providing full-service DMC services, complete event creative services as well as audio visual, food & beverage management, signature environment decor, entertainment and event coordination as well as spend management are offered through PFI and PFB.
